Whether it’s a toddler playing, a teen taking a ninja class, a mom drinking a coffee and getting work done, or a middle aged adult getting a workout in, Ferox is a space that is inclusive to everyone.
DO I NEED PREVIOUS INDUSTRY OR FRANCHISE EXPERIENCE TO BECOME A FEROX NINJA PARK OWNER?
No. Our business model will provide you all the tools to get you up and operating. What is more important to us is that Franchise Owners have a strong desire to succeed and grow their business. Existing Franchise Owners have a record number of accomplishments in business, but more importantly, a sincere appreciation for the overriding importance of customer engagement and great customer service.
DO I NEED FITNESS OR NINJA EXPERIENCE TO BECOME A FRANCHISE OWNER?
Owners do not need to have a Certification in fitness. However, basic knowledge and passion is a big plus.

Cost
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED INITIAL INVESTMENT?
The initial investment, based on our 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Item 7, ranges from $2.1-3.4m This number will depend on the size of your park and the attractions.
WHAT IS THE INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE?
The initial franchise fee is $50,000.
WHAT IS THE ROYALTY FEE?
The royalty fee is 7%.
IS FINANCING AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, we do not support financing internally, but we will introduce you to our preferred lenders who have helped other franchisees.
HOW MUCH CASH DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
To be considered for our franchise, we require a minimum of $750K in liquid cash funds. Ferox Ninja Park may require that an applicant have a significantly higher amount of unencumbered liquid assets available as well.
Revenue
HOW MUCH CAN I MAKE AS A FEROX FRANCHISEE?
Your success is in your hands and we will give you the tools for success. That said, profitability will depend on a few factors including; financing terms, operating and occupancy costs, and your ability to operate your business effectively
WHERE DOES MOST OF THE REVENUE COME IN FOR A FEROX NINJA PARK?
Another unique aspect of Ferox is the amount of high volume revenue streams such as: Parties, After School and Classes, Open Play, School Groups, Corporate Events, Membership, Competitions, Summer and Holiday Camps, Private Training, Adult Programming, Food and Beverage, and Merchandise.

HOW MUCH TRAINING DO YOU PROVIDE NEW FRANCHISE OWNERS?
We require all our new owners to complete our training program prior to opening an Ferox ninja park along with potential additional training tools as needed. Our franchising department will review the new franchisee training program with you, and you can also review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Part of our training includes how to properly staff the location, including how to utilize our employee training modules and online education program.
Opening
HOW LONG WILL THE APPROVAL PROCESS TAKE?
The new franchisee discovery process generally takes between 45 and 60 days.
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY FEROX NINJA PARK TO OPEN?
The entire process from identifying a site to the opening of your doors can take anywhere from 5 to 12 months. We will assist you through the development process, providing you guidance and advice as needed.
Location
WILL I HAVE A PROTECTED TERRITORY?
Yes. Territory is defined by zip codes, which are calculated according to population and household counts. Please discuss further with your franchise development rep.
HOW BIG OF A TERRITORY DO I GET?
The size of your territory is determined based on population and your territory will have an approximate population.
DO I GET A DISCOUNT IF I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TERRITORIES?
Yes! Please refer to our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN THE SAME MARKET WHERE I OPERATE MY PARK?
Ferox Ninja park will evaluate proposed operating structures on a case-by-case basis.
WHERE ARE FEROX NINJA PARKS GENERALLY LOCATED?
The Ferox Ninja Park structure is built to thrive anywhere where there is a high density of families so you would generally look at populated cities and suburban areas.

Our corporate location opened in July 2022.
DO YOUR PARKS OFFER FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Yes! Each of our parks offers an easy-to-execute, cafe styled concept inside the park.
CAN I BE A PASSIVE OWNER?
It is preferred for the owners to be directly involved in some way with the operations of the business. We will take any other scenarios on a case by case basis.
